    When they managed a property I rented, they refused to fix a ventilation issue, demanding I leave ground-floor windows open to avoid mould. I was burgled as a result and told my only option was to move elsewhere.

    My experience with this agent in managing my rental property was not a good one. I certainly did not engage them to sell my property. Not recommended. Please do your due diligence when selecting an agent for either selling or managing a property.

    I'm glad I'm not the only one who is complaining, they are a very ill managed agency! I do not advise anyone to lease with them or put their property with them, your tenants will hate you for it!

    Very very bad. I am from Melbourne and recently moved to sydney. I inspected a property in Jordan Springs and asked the lady if she could let us know about the decision in couple of days so I will go ahead and apply otherwise I will see some other houses as I Qasim only in Sydney for a day leaving my little baby back home. The lady agreed and said we will do it for you so don't worry about seeing any other house and go home. And when I call back on monday morning she is on her day off and another lady called Alison in Glenmore Park is handling it who is super rude but that doesn't bother me. According to me she lacks manners for sure. Anyway she says that it will take few more days and we don't care what your situation is or what other lady told me. Anyway I still waiting till midday and I sent her an email. No response. Then I call back in the late afternoon to tell her that if you can't tell me today then please withdraw my application as I will then take another house which is not my preference but I have no other option and so that you don't have to waste your time and then I tell you after few days that I can't take that house anymore and THIS WOMAN ALISON HANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME. Btw I was the only one to inspect the house and it's up again on for ingestion. Also my application was strong enough and I bet they not find anyone better. So Good Luck with that bad service and employee.

    When we decided to leave we were told we can't organize our own cleaner for the few minor things left (rip offs) they wanted to hold our bond until they get their own cleaners to clean (mind you, we left the place immaculate) and charge us the rate. They ripped us off with $40 an hour cleaning rate!! Who pays $40/h for a cleaner!?! Maybe we should all quit our jobs and work in the cleaning industry!!

    From the start to the finish of our purchase, Shane Jones was polite, helpful & happy to discuss any questions we had. Highly recommend Shane for sales or purchases if needed.
