  So thankful for the amazing people that work here, my dog got hit by a car and they couldn't of been more helpful, not only did they give her the best care but they allowed me to see her when ever I wanted and leave a shirt behind to make her feel comfortable. The vet gave me a number I could contact him on personally if I had any concerns when taking her home, sent me all her x-rays also.

  Tonight I had taken a stray injured dog to them and they basically pushed me out the door. They showed no compassion or sympathy for the stray and the front lady screamed at us when we were upset with the limited options they could provide. They told us to knock on doors at 10:00 at night or to leave it a pound Dropbox to get put to sleep. I am disgusted in the service and strongly advise you to go to another vet.

  These guys make themselves available at your furry friends darker hours. A compassionate team of vets and vet nurses who serve you and your pets well. It was expensive but i would not take my dog anywhere else. A real pet advocate for the penrith community.

  Late night trip to the vet with a sick dog was handled well with friendly and helpful staff. Made the trips pleasant and professional. Many thanks
